In this blog, I am going to refer an Entrepreneur Mindset as the Unstoppable Eventrepreneur Mindset.
I highlighted 3 main differences between the two categories. I do want to stress that this is not a case of an entrepreneur mindset is better than an employee mindset, it is mainly to highlight the differences between an employee mindset versus an entrepreneur mindset.
The 3 main differences are: perception of security, display of initiative and levels of accountability.
#1: Perception of Security
An employee mindset will perceive a stable paycheck written by someone else as “security”, whereas an Unstoppable Eventrepreneur will perceive as there is no true form of security except for the one created by YOU. YOU are in charge of your own financial security freedom, not anyone else.
#2: Display of Initiative
An employee mindset is to follow the protocols and get the job done even though the protocols may not be the most effective way to get the job done.
Whereas you, the Unstoppable Eventrepreneur, you will take the initiative to find better ways to achieve the tasks and you are constantly trying to get better at doing something.
#3: Levels of Accountability
In the employee mindset there isn’t a need to take full accountability because the company belongs to someone else. There is no real skin in the game when the company doesn’t make money. An employee can choose not to do a certain task because its “above their pay grade” or say “it’s not my job”.
For an Unstoppable Eventrepreneur, YOU are the business. The survival of the business depends 100% on what you do AND what you don’t do. YOU have all the skin in the game, you are responsible for ALL the aspects of the company, the buck stops with YOU.

Is it an easy road to become an Unstoppable Eventrepreneur? I will be lying if I say it’s easy. Is it possible and rewarding to be an Unstoppable Eventrepreneur? ABSOLUTELY! But you need to understand the mindset that you need to start adopting and believe in yourself.
